We are off to the WACA ground tomorrow (West Australian Cricket Association) to see the cricket....not sure who is playing and I have no idea of the rules, but the good weather means Marie and I have the opportunity to top up our tans whilst the lads watch men in white trousers run around a large "pitch"...sounds pretty odd to me!!

THE OLD INTRODUCTION :
Welcome to the Roadtrip2001 web site.
This site has been set up to allow myself and my friends to keep everyone
informed of our travels - not just our friends and family, but whoever wants
to know how four people cope with each others company for months on end on
foreign soil. The group met at university after all
being thrown in the same house together from day one of our students lives.
We lived together all the way through uni for four great years and have since
graduated and disbursed around the country working our various jobs. All of
us are from England and studied at the University of Portsmouth - Julia, Marie,
Bhav and myself, Stuart. We made a pact to regroup after earning enough cash
to take us on our travels, the time is almost here and we have begun making
plans for the trip. This site is designed to allow the group
to e-mail the story as it happens directly onto these web pages. The links
shown in the left frame will take you to pages describing our plans and other
traveling information as well as the main story. The main story will unfold
as we travel and will be updated whenever we can get to an Internet cafe or
whenever one of our friends in England has some information that they can
input for us. I hope that we manage to entertain and inform readers that we both know
those we don't. We are now underway - if you want to see how we are doing, select the journal options from the menu tree in the left frame.
